In diesem Kurs lernen Hobby Barista alles Wichtige, um zu Hause schnell und einfach tollen Kaffee zuzubereiten. Wir testen verschiedene Espressomaschinen, probieren unterschiedliche Kaffeesorten und lernen, wie man die Mühle richtig einstellt. Die perfekte Espressozubereitung, Milch schäumen und eingießen sowie die Maschine richtig reinigen – all das bringen wir den Teilnehmern bei. Selbstverständlich können verschiedene Maschinen getestet werden. Natürlich gibt es auch genug Zeit für Fragen. Wer möchte, darf auch gerne die eigene Kaffeemaschine mitbringen.
